Registration Team Lead
Washington County Hospital is seeking a Registration Team Lead to oversee daily registration operations for our Emergency Room and outpatient/front office services.

Position Summary
The Registration Team Lead provides day-to-day support and oversight for registration staff, ensuring accurate and efficient patient registration while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
•Supervise and support registration staff (ER and outpatient areas)
•Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
•Monitor patient registration workflow and assist during high-volume times
•Ensure accurate entry of patient demographics and insurance information
•Assist with training new employees
•Address patient questions or concerns related to registration and billing
•Ensure compliance with hospital policies, HIPAA, and EMTALA
•Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
•Previous healthcare registration or front office experience required
•Supervisory or lead experience preferred
•Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
•Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
