*Responsible for developing, conducting, and evaluating in-service programs, orientation and continuing education for employees. Develops educational policies and procedures. Serves as a resource person to staff and management. Maintaining the educational courses through E-Leap. Responsible for maintaining and teaching instructional classes to be used for CEU’s for C.N.A.’s, LPN’s and RN’s. Coordinates and teaches BLS classes to employees to keep certifications up-to-date.**
